Aceite totalmente sintético a base de polialquilenglicol (PAG). Para lubricar, sellar y refrigerar las piezas deslizantes y giratorias de los compresores de refrigerante y los circuitos de refrigerante de los sistemas de aire acondicionado de turismos y vehículos comerciales. Se mezcla muy bien con refrigerantes del tipo R1234yf y R134a. Es higroscópico, absorbe la humedad del aire ambiente y, por tanto, se rellena con nitrógeno. Cumple los requisitos de importantes fabricantes de compresores y sistemas de refrigeración. El color fluorescente permite localizar rápidamente las fugas utilizando una lámpara UV.
Para sistemas de aire acondicionado rellenados con refrigerantes del tipo R1234yf o R134a, así como para vehículos híbridos rellenados con R1234yf y en los que se utilizan compresores de aire acondicionado eléctricos y accionados por correa.

Aplicación:
Para humedecer las juntas, aplique el aceite con un pincel para asegurarse de que el sistema queda bien sellado. Para rellenar o sustituir el aceite refrigerante en sistemas de aire acondicionado de turismos o vehículos comerciales, viértalo en el cilindro de llenado especial y, a continuación, añádalo al circuito de refrigerante a través del dispositivo de llenado del sistema de aire acondicionado. Si hay fugas en el circuito de refrigerante, examine los conductos de refrigerante del vehículo utilizando una lámpara UV en una habitación oscura. La luz UV hará visible el color amarillo fluorescente del aceite PAG que se escapa por la fuga.
Nota:
Cierre siempre el recipiente de aceite después de usarlo, ya que absorbe la humedad del ambiente. Fully synthetic oil based on polyalkylene glycol (PAG). For lubricating, sealing and cooling sliding and rotating parts in the refrigerant compressors and refrigerant circuits in passenger and commercial vehicle air conditioning systems. Mixes very well with type R1234yf and R134a refrigerants. Is hygroscopic, absorbs moisture from the ambient air and is therefore filled under nitrogen. Meets the requirements of important refrigerant compressor and refrigeration system manufacturers. The fluorescent color allows leaks to be located quickly using a UV lamp.
For air conditioning systems filled with refrigerants of type R1234yf or R134a as well as for hybrid vehicles filled with R1234yf and in which electrically and belt-driven air conditioning compressors are used.

Areas of application:
For wetting seals in the refrigerant circuit before assembly and for topping up the factory filled refrigerant oil in the case of repairs. Also for the first filling of passenger and commercial vehicle air conditioning systems with refrigerant type R1234yf or R134a. For hybrid vehicles filled with R1234yf and in which electrically and belt-driven air conditioning compressors are used.
Application:
To wet the seals, apply the oil with a brush to ensure that the system is well sealed. To top up or replace the refrigerant oil in passenger or commercial vehicle air conditioning systems, pour into the special filling cylinder and then add to the refrigerant circuit via the air conditioning system filling device. If there are leaks in the refrigerant circuit, examine the refrigerant lines of the vehicle using a UV lamp in a dark room. The UV light will render the yellow fluorescent color in the PAG oil escaping at the leak visible.
Note:
Always seal the oil container after use, as it absorbs moisture from the ambient air. PAG air conditioning oils must not be mixed or disposed of with waste oil, e.g. motor and transmission oils. PAG air conditioning oils must be collected separately and disposed of in accordance with the waste code (see safety data sheet).
The specifications and instructions from the unit or vehicle manufacturer must be followed.
