El activador de vidrio DINITROL 520 es una formulación que promueve la adhesión que contiene disolvente y que se utiliza en combinación con DINITROL 530 para el acristalamiento directo en la industria automotriz.
En combinación con el multiprimer DINITROL 550, el activador DINITROL 520 mejora la adherencia sobre varios metales y plásticos. Se deben realizar pruebas con sustratos y condiciones reales para garantizar la adhesión y la compatibilidad del material. Se recomiendan pruebas por parte del proveedor. METODO DE USO
El activador DINITROL 520 debe aplicarse mediante el procedimiento de encendido/apagado. En el primer paso se debe pasar el activador sobre la superficie vitrocerámica del parabrisas con un pañuelo humedecido con el activador. En un segundo paso se debe eliminar el exceso residual de la superficie limpiando con un paño limpio. Debido a su reactividad con la humedad, el frasco abierto debe utilizarse dentro de unos días. Pasado este tiempo, o si el DINITROL 520 se ha vuelto lechoso en lugar de claro, se debe desechar el producto. Es posible una inactividad del activador. Este producto es adecuado únicamente para usuarios profesionales experimentados.

Según 1907/2006 CE, el activador DINITROL 520 debe etiquetarse: Símbolo: F, Almacenamiento entre 0 y 35°C, en envase cerrado en lugar seco y ventilado.

The glass activator DINITROL 520 is a solvent containing adhesion promoting formulation which is used in combination with the DINITROL 530 for the direct glazing in the automotive industry.
In combination with the multiprimer DINITROL 550, the activator DINITROL 520 improves the adhesion on several metals and plastics. Test with actual substrates and conditions have to be preformend to ensure adhesion and material compatibility. Trials by the supplier are recommended. Product benefits are:

METHOD OF USE
The activator DINITROL 520 should be applied by the wipe on/wipe off procedure. In the first step the activator should be wiped on the glass-ceramic surface of the windshield by a tissue wetted with the activator. In a second step a residual excess on the surface should be taken off by wiping with a clean tissue. Due to its reactivity with moisture, the opened bottle has to be used within a few days. After this time, or if the DINITROL 520 has become milky instead of clear, the product must be discarded. An inactivity of the activator is possible. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only.

According to 1907/2006 EC, the activator DINITROL 520 must be labeled: Symbol: F, Storage between 0 and 35°C, in closed packaging in a dry and ventilated area.
