Sustratos de pretratamiento

DINITROL 4941 / 4941 CAR es un producto para bajos de carrocería que se utiliza en el tratamiento de vehículos durante la producción, en plantas de importación y en aplicaciones posventa. Cuando se aplica sobre una superficie limpia y seca, se adhiere tanto a superficies pintadas como a las recubiertas con una capa de PVC o material similar. El producto no daña el zinc, la goma ni los plásticos.
La facilidad de aplicación y el alto contenido de materia seca del producto garantizan un tratamiento limpio y económico en la línea. DINITROL 4941 / 4941 CAR también está diseñado para su uso en piezas de repuesto, máquinas y estructuras de hierro y acero en entornos altamente corrosivos. DINITROL 4941 / 4941 CAR también es muy adecuado como revestimiento anticorrosivo para el transporte y el almacenamiento en condiciones extremadamente corrosivas.

When applied to a clean, dry surface, it adheres to both painted surfaces and those coated with a layer of PVC or similar material. Zinc, rubber and plastics are completely unharmed by the product.
A clean and economic treatment on the line is assured by the products ease of application and high dry matter content. DINITROL 4941 / 4941 CAR is also designed for use on spare parts, machines and iron and steel structures in highly corrosive environments. DINITROL 4941 / 4941 CAR is also very suitable as an anticorrosive coating for transport and warehousing under extremely corrosive conditions.
