DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
DINITROL 447 Protect Super es un agente protector de carrocerías a base de caucho y resina, de secado rápido. Se consigue claramente una mayor protección contra la oxidación mediante aditivos de zinc. Los iones de zinc también previenen o retrasan la formación de óxido en zonas donde la película protectora está dañada. DINITROL 447 Protect Super no contiene disolventes agresivos como hidrocarburos clorados (CFC/CHC), ésteres y cetonas.

El producto es especialmente adecuado para el tratamiento posterior de carrocerías. DINITROL 447 Protect Super no ataca los revestimientos de PVC, no contiene amianto ni betún, es permanentemente elástico y resiste los impactos de piedras y la sal de la carretera. Después del secado completo, DINITROL 447 Protect Super se puede recubrir con todas las pinturas convencionales.
Metodo de uso
DINITROL 447 Protect Super se pulveriza sobre la superficie seca, libre de polvo y grasa de manera uniforme y en forma de cruz, utilizando una presión de aire de 4 a 6 bares y una pistola adecuada para la protección de los bajos. DINITROL 447 Protect Super se puede pintar sobre cuando esté completamente seco. Las salpicaduras se pueden eliminar con un paño empapado en alcohol blanco.
Sustratos de pretratamiento
Las superficies deberán estar secas, limpias y libres de corrosión.
Recubrimiento / Aplicación de 2 capas

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DINITROL 447 Protect Super is a fast-drying, rubber and resin based auto-body protection agent. Clearly higher rust protection is achieved through zinc additives. Zinc ions also prevent or delay rust formation in areas where the protective film is damaged. DINITROL 447 Protect Super contains no aggressive solvents such as chlorinated hydrocarbons (CFC/ CHC), esters and ketones.

Applications
The product is particularly well-suited for after-treatment of auto bodies. DINITROL 447 Protect Super does not attack PVC coatings, is asbestos- and bitumen-free, permanently elastic and resists stone impact and road salt. After through drying, DINITROL 447 Protect Super can be coated with all conventional paints.
Method of use
DINITROL 447 Protect Super is sprayed onto the dry, dust- and grease-free surface evenly and in crisscross pattern, using 4 – 6 bar air pressure and a suitable gun for underbody protection. DINITROL 447 Protect Super can be painted over when thoroughly dry. Splashes can be removed with a white spiritsoaked cloth.
Pre-treatment Substrates
Surfaces shall be dry, clean and free from corrosion.
Over-Coating / 2-Layer-Application
DINITROL 447 Protect Super can be overpainted with the most common paints. It is recommended to make a test application to make sure it is working properly. For additional information please consult DINOL.
